Hamy on this book, surveying what was known of the
comparative craniology of living and fossil human races, for which he was trying to
achieve a classification (see DSB vol. XI, p. 235). Good
copy of this classical study on craniology of the human races renowned especially
because of its fine lithographs all by Formant. We added
a heliogravure portrait of the author!
