I have read AB too among a lot of other books. I try to distill the
essence of a book, if there are any, and see what it leaves me with.
If it is helpful and seems to fit into the theosophical framework I
have built up, then I will accept it for what it holds for me.

I wonder if the person who wrote the book I quoted from was an AB fan.
I understand that she is German so I don't know any more about her.

I have a haze recollection that G de Purucker wrote that the spiritual
soul visits each of the planets for a short time on its way to
Devachan and also on its way back into incarnation and sort of pick up
an influence from there. I found that part a little hard to grasp so
maybe there is some deep significance in that which we don't really
understand yet and that could perhaps indicate some sort of continuity
between the signs. I can probably find more merit in what you have
mentioned than the idea of an exactly similar constellation at birth
as there was at death.
