What difference does it make if HPB smoked ? When anyone can
write as she did then we may be of a stature to criticize.  I am
sorry to see so much time wasted on trivia and on trivial views.
Let's get on with the study of THEOSOPHY and forget about
personal matters.  What HPB did is a matter of History and not a
subject for opinions.

Most exoteric buddhism says alcohol should not be consumed but
makes no
mention of any other drug. Alcohol is the sacrament of the
catholic church
so you can make your own inferences from that.
