Dear Louis:

I understand what you write, but some of it seems to contradict
HPB's teachings in the S D - from which we derive (along with
MAHATMA LETTERS - which came first ) the concept of sequence and
relationship of humanity's progress through the ROUNDS,  GLOBES,
RACES,  and the whole evolutionary scheme as laid out in the
grand patterns for our world and Cosmos.

Individually it is quite true that we go up and down the ladder
of progress depending on what we choose for ourselves.  But, when
HPB speaks of Humanity as a Host, or a mass, then I think she is
indicating a general trend.
