Re: Truth is a Pathless Land Statement

Thanks for the "Truth is a Pathless Land."

My first thought was: wow! I want to join his organisation! And then when I
read some more I realised he was talking about me - at a personal level. I
previously though that by joining any organisation (especially one with a
reputation) would lead me to the truth. Now I have to consider my motives
and strip away the falseness of 'me'.

I'll continue to read and re-read the speech until it sinks in: and hopeful
I'll gain a centre without being tossed to and fro with every wind of
doctrine.

BTW, if you lot agree with Krishnamurti's speech, why all the wrangling
about which Theosophical Society is best. I don't know if you are, it's just
the way I interpret your posts.

Thanks, Alan.
