	Note that a a few hundred years back, there was a big international
conference of scientists in France to determine on the standardization
of the numeric base 10 or 12. The philosophers and theoretical
scientists preferred base 10, because that was the base of Aristotle.
The engineers wanted base 12, because it was far more practical.

	We all know who won.
