Could we also take into consideration, HPB, the Mahatmas, the Chohan,
Lemuria, Atlantis, Cycles, Karma (it was going to be 4, but it IS only in 2
vol because of Karma, humanity was not ready)? The references to vols. 3 & 4
of the SD in the original SD were removed from the third edition. Did the
editors take into account all these other considerations, or did they work
on what they believed? What other factors can be considered?

An "I, believe" approach (here, editors and publishers) to these kind of
subjects can be very limiting. This is said with due respect because we
most probably all do it. We could consider MANAS in relation to Buddhi & Atma.
