What is of some significance is that it was only after HPB died that it
became "To form a nucleus... Before she died it was "To form the nucleus of
a Universal Brotherhood of Man....
The point being, if it is A nucleus, there is a tendency to think it means
to form a nucleus of me/my/our group, a nucleus of many. What in fact we
tend to do. What was in (worth thinking about), or not in, the minds of
those that decided to alter the first object after HPB died? Did they
really think it through, or know occultly what they were doing, like the
MAHATMAS and HPB did?

When referring to the upper imperishable triad ("3 eternals?" "one")
To form THE nucleus, i.e. To form higher MANAS. The MANAS rather than a manas.
of a Universal Brotherhood of humanity, i.e., of Atma-Buddhi, Atma-Buddhi
being the "2" Universal Principles.

way to make this action---significant. That is the reason that we come into
incarnation---to learn to see through the thick veil of matter and
understand, in spite of having an ego (personality).
