It certainly is possible, in fact at the weekly social gathering of a group of
young magicians I frequent it is a common little trick played on people at the
other tables in the restaurant.

It's just a matter of getting the emotion of choice really going in yourself
and then blasting it at the solar plexus chakras of everyone you want to
influence.
