Extract from "The Voice of the Silence" (pg 25/26):-

"Yea, ignorance is like unto a closed and airless vessel; the soul a bird
shut up within. It warbles not, nor can it stir a feather; but the songster
mute and torpid sits, and of exhaustion dies.

But even ignorance is better than Head-learning with no Soul-wisdom to
illuminate and guide it.

The seeds of Wisdom cannot sprout and grow in airless space. To live and
reap experience the mind needs breadth and depth and points to draw it
towards the Diamond Soul (4). Seek not those points in *Maya's* realm; but
soar beyond illusions, search the eternal and the changeless SAT (5),
mistrusting fancy's false suggestions."

Glossary notes:

(4) "Diamond Soul" "Vajrasattva," a title of the supreme Buddha, the "Lord
of all Mysteries," called Vajradhara and Adhi-Buddha.

(5) SAT, the one eternal and Absolute Reality and Truth, all the rest being
illusion.

Re Vajra-sattva:-

SD, I, 52:-

"But as these correspond mystically to the human Buddhas and Bodhisattwas,
known as "Manushi" (or human Buddhas)," the latter are also designated
"Anupadaka," once that their whole personality is merged in their compound
sixth and seventh principles - or Atma-Buddhi, and that they have become the
"diamond souled" (Vajra-sattvas),* the full Mahatmas."

SD, I, 555:-

"We say and maintain that SOUND, for one thing, is a tremendous Occult
power; that it is a stupendous force, of which the electricity generated by
a million Niagaras could never couteract the smallest potentiality when
directed with *occult knowledge*. Sound may be produced of such a nature

that the pyramid of Cheops would be raised in the air, or that a dying man,
nay, one at his last breath, would be revived and filled with new energy and
vigour."

SOUND = 5 letters; MANAS = 5 letters, the Fifth Principle. It is page 555.

Occult (Silent) "electricity" = Fohat; the 'electricity' of
N(i)aga(ra)s/Serpents.

Raised in the air (not an airless vessel); the soul a bird raised from
within.

How is "stone" transformed (Alchemy; Pyr-amid; Fire-within) into diamond?
How is (stone?) pyramid "raised" in the air? What are the
depth/breadth/points of it? How is "whole personality" merged into compound
sixth and seventh principles (Atma-Buddhi)?

Best wishes,
Paul.
