the list is back

The list of subscribers to theos-talk disappeared yesterday
morning. (The theos-talk-digest subscriber list was still ok.)
Since it was not possible to recover the file, everyone on
the list has just been manually resubscribed. The list should
be operational now.
If anyone tried to send a message and had it bounced back
to them, it's ok to send it again. The problem has been
fixed.
