The control issue is a difficult one, but let's be rational. The
alternatives to control by one's own ego also manifests through the ego.
It's like saying, "well, I'm giving up my sole ownership and responsibility
of these vehicles," but to what? Not to pleasure or another human being!
The triad of control I mentioned is like a divine trinity - Logos, Adept,
and Self. Or Father-Son and "us" could be another way of looking at it. I
don't think this kind of thinking would qualify as "being out of control"
either. It doesn't mean we don't keep our purity. It means that we act
something similar to "partly for our community, partly for our nation, and
partly for our families." Something of this order doesn't seem scary to
people, but ask them to allow the "angels freedom to participate in their
bodies and lives within some set period of time" and everyone feels selfish
like that isn't necessary. What do angelic lives ask from us? Just
recognition and freedom and nobility of purpose. They could probably
benefit man more in his spare time, IF HE KNEW HOW TO USE THEM AND TALK TO
THEM, than 10 years of education. It's just selfishness, because we
identify so securely with our form that we can't even allow God-Beings
access to them periodically. Well, they could only heal, perfect, purify,
radiate love, and generally improve our conditions in life, but NO, Don't
even dream that there are other lives which deserve recognition or love.
I've got lots of time which I don't make particularly good "human" use of
and I don't ever feel loss of control to the point that I can't recover.
It's not trance. It's just like viewing alternatives, guessing who would
be in favor of what, and letting streams of life energies flow through us.
Angels work through our senses, so if I'm particularly aware of sense
experience, I welcome them into the circle of "self." Thank them for their
presence and their blessing and hold them near to us every day.
