I looked at my copy and it was empty too. I think that it's a
minor bug with the list processing. Everyday at 9 AM the digest
goes out, with any pending messages. The digest also goes out
during the day whenever enough messages have accumulated. On
the day that digest #139 went out at 9 AM, digest #138 had
gone out at 8:39 AM, and it's likely that during the 21 minutes
until 9 AM there were no additional messages posted.
