Snap! This is how it seems to me to be. It also accounts for disparities
in communications received from some people who believe that these
communications come from "Masters". At other levels (ie, non-
incarnate) there seem to be very many "masters" of this or that, in much
the same way as an MA can be such in a variety of subjects. Someone
with a master's degree in sociology may know nothing whatever about
the history of English literature.

I suspect that K. and M. etc., might have concurred in this view.
