Agreed. Past cannot be changed.

What concerns me is the fact that
one of the K trustees involved in the
18year litigation is on the
BOD of TSA and also a Trustee of
TIT. (BTW, K trustee's spouse also
later on got on the K Trust as a Trustee.)

Also these facts have been a
well kept secret within TSA and it is
likely that
even the current members of the BOD
and Trustees of TIT may not be aware
of all that went on.

As I pointed out earlier, no matter
what the outcome of the litigation
is, anyone who may have had a role in the
huge legal expenditure in the
litigation is of concern and no one
should shut their eyes when putting
persons in positions of great importance,
especially in national public organizations.
