It was a law suit for Breach of Contract; cancellation of instrument;
slander; interference with business advantage; malicious prosecution; abuse
of process; breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing; intentional
infliction of emotional distress.

K and the trustees of the New Krishnamurti Foundation of America were
defendants.

It was a follow up to a litigation that went on for 18 years between

(1) the old Krishnamurti Trusts (and Trustees) vs

(2) Krishnamurti and the K Foundation of America and its Trustees.

At the crux of the litigation was the large sums of money and world-wide
property held by old K Trusts which even K could not access and the
Attorney General of California became a co-plaintiff in the initial law
suit against the Trusts and Trustees.
