It all depends on what you mean by "this ego I have now."
If you mean your personality as Keith and all it's personal history
since birth, then this is not properly the reincarnating ego but an
overlayment. If you mean the core of mystery in the heart of the heart
of Keith, that is presently experiencing life in and as Keith, but is
also somehow transcendant of being "just that", then you have it.
