regarding theos-talk and digest mode

The internet provider on which THEOSOPHY WORLD and theos-talk
resides has majordomo mailing lists, but not listserv lists.
The version of majordomo in use does not provide a digest
option. (Or rather, it makes a monthly rather than daily digest.)

In the past, the volume of email was not great enough to justify
daily digests, until the discussions exploded a few days ago.
(There were, for instance, 159K of discussions in August and
91K in September, whereas October is 752K so far.)

At one point I contacted support and was told that they were
open minded about adopting a listserv mailing-list manager, but
I did not persue it at that point. If the current volume of
discussions keeps up, I'll be in touch with them about it.
