Re:Why world is not perfect?

Dallas:

You told something like:

World is more order than chaos. Imperfection we see is (mostly,
completely) consequence of our (selfish or only in contradiction
with other people) wants and actions. With time and experience
and with help of more experienced we may (will) learn how not to
be in contradiction with others and consequently, (completely?)
end the imperfection.

I do not deny both practical and theoretical great significance
of this claims, but I do not see the answer on the question, even
if it is true?

Why we are not perfect, but we have to learn it? What made us
imperfect? What is the reason of all that? Are there any better
answer than Chaos Rules?
