Lorraine:

We may or may not accept that this two Laws rule with our lives
and or destiny, and it may have great theoretical and practical
relevance. But, I must say that there is no answer on original
question. Both General Law and Law of Exception are imperfect.
- it is possible to imagine 'better' ('more perfect') Laws.

What is the reason of imperfection of this two Laws?
