I thought the post was worth quoting at length. It echoes many
of my issues regarding the importance of aesthetics along with
analysis. I think we need a synthesis of philosophy, science,
religion and art.
I, synchronistically, happened think of the quotation of
Shelley's "To A Skylark" (I think?). What we call "beauty, is
often illusion. The outter surface of the world, presented to
the senses. But Beauty with a capital B, is what is presented to
the intuition as the ordering principle of the Cosmos. The
Brahmans called is svabhava.
Sometimes I can see with the eyes of intuition in meditation with
my eyes closed, sometimes with my eyes open. Perhaps it will
take many liftetimes to develop the powers latent in mankind
