The book idea is excellent.
There is nothing but positive feedback to the series of postings by Dr.
Ramanujachary. They all can be put together in a single searchable pdf
file which can be made available for download. Once this is done, the
material will be available for ever in the future. Now the ball is in the
court of Dr. Ramanuchary. I can help with pdf creation.
