I downloaded that PDF, http://www.theohistory.org/Judge_Case_Review-XI-2.pdf , from the link you provided, reviewing the Judge case - BUT I FOUND THAT IT WAS PASSWORD-PROTECTED when I tried to read it!! What is the password, please, so that we can read and comment on it? Thanks in advance.
I suppose I could use PDF password-cracking or password-removal software to find or remove it, but that would probably take hours to use. Programs for doing this can be found on the internet, using a Google search with this search string: PDF OR acrobat password cracking OR removal

This is a HUGE book and an unbelievable compilation. The best Theosophical
book deal in years. The original price was $100, which I gladly paid.
