I am looking for the day when a pdf file is available so that everyone who
has any interest in the issue can read the book and come to their own
conclusions.

The pricing of the book again brings up the issue that pricey books defeat
the very purpose of producing the book. Electronic version makes wide
distribution very quick and effective; after all, men and women interested
in theosophical matters are miniscule.
