 In 1977 the P rincipals in a UFO Case was directly involved with produced a Video Titled "The Voice of Common Man " , it was produced by interviewing common people met on the sidewalks of Santa Ana, Tustin, Anaheim Ca. This video was ta ken to Washingtom D.C. to the White House at the direction of the vessel of Light Âand personally presented to an Aide of President Jimmy Carter at the White House by Brian A. Scott (Experiencer), James E. Frazier, Chronicler and Author, and a women as the completion of a "assigned project". This tap e is stil l today part of the Jimmy Carter Presidental Archive. One could say it was a direct meassage from the other "Brothers" from Space.There is a photograph of them (opposite page 664) Âpresenting the Video to Jimmy Carters AideÂat the White House in the Book "Transformation of a common man ---The Brian Scott Story" ISBN 0- 7596-3994-9

Some time ago, I watched a documentary of the social change taking place. 
With democracy, the power shifted from Kings to common man/woman. Now, with 
Internet it is shifting to individuals. 

There was a statement that two keys to progress are transportation and 
communication. We are seeing them in action.
