Dear John and friends.
My views are:
Thank you for answering.
To me Qigong is not the same as "Falung Gong" although some might be lead to think so. I am not interested in exchanging political aspects related to "Falung Gong". And I will not comment further on it since politics is not all my aim. And I do not hope that it is yours either. The idea named Qigong was originally in many respect not a sect or a cult.
The main focus was on the spiritual origin of Chigong or Qigong and the mountain in question. Which mountain was it actually? I do not have the answer yet although a have found some candidates.
And the main focus was especially also the fact that in the Sichuan and Yunnan Province there are found even today - a number of more than a hundred languages or dialects using pictographic glyphs or letters, although it is claimed to be only 500 years old or so. And some agree that the teachings on early "pre-Taoism" might have originated from there or north thereof and perhaps even the Chinese language. Blavatsky talked about an ancient Chaldeo-Tibetan connection to the Ancient Esoteric teachings. And since the origin of the Bon-tradition is mentioned shortly in one of the below links I find it all very interesting.
(See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dongba_script and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naxi_language and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yi_script and the Yi People - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yi_people - Also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ersu_Shaba_script - living in the southern Sichuan Province. Also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pictography and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neolithic_signs_in_China - These are however mostly ordinary scientific data. But indications might be arrived from them.)
We also know that the ancient scripts in the areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan were pictographic in nature. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indus_script and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dholavira#Language_and_Script)
Another focus of mine is the area of Kuchi and nearby archaeological sites. They have found a number of Buddhistic scriptures there written in Tocharian languages and some of them dating to 1th century.
The area was one of the major Kingdom at the time with the Silk Road connected to it.
Kucha

More Eastern we have Issyk Lake where there comparatively recently have been found extraordinary archaeological discoveries of ancient cities at the bottom of the lake. The civilization are dating to 2500 years ago.
Issyk Kul
"Archeologists found traces of many religions here-Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Somewhere in the vicinity was Chihu, the metropolitan city of a mighty state of Wusung nomads, which ancient Chinese chronicles mentioned on many occasions. "
(Advanced Civilization at the bottom of the lake. Another scientific source I found says that areas nearby the site also dates to the Paleolithic period.)

Here is a map showing the location of Kucha, be way north of the Himalayas in the direction of what many scripts point to when talking about Shambala.

About UFO's. I did not mention that those who came from the stars used UFO's. Let them show us one. Then we will talk. All the rest will as it is seen just be an endless stream of talk and exchanges. These are my views. My knowledge is, that the form-based existences which are in karmic relation to our planet Earth are not allowed to interfer with the karma on this planet. Well, maybe a tiny bit. They might try more, but there are tough limits to their intereference, no matter what form or shape it may take. Those who arrive from the formless realms are much more free to interfer - simply because they do it very much in accordance with the law of karma. This is just what I know through various inner experiences, and I cannot prove it. - I find it much better to concentrate on psychological change in the individual than promoting beliefs. It is better to seek to actually know and to believe or prefer assumed knowledge before real actual knowledge. But, you already know about these views of mine.

Morten,
Thanks for that post, interesting topic. Well, the "Falung Gong" is banned in China and gets regular press about the upsets the participants have when attempting to practice publicly. The "Celestial Lha" come in various varietys. In the UFO Case I was deeply involved in back in 1975-81. The "Ag ency" sai d their first "descent" was 40,000 B.C. with seven other "descents" after that across he later thousands of years and implied that they (those who "descended" from the stars have "children" and there is a "familial" relationship contained within those who they choose to make "contact" with. The "Experiencer" who I closely knew for many years displayed extreme paranormal abilities which were communicted in part by means of a "Rapport" bond that was established with those who had been given "recognition".
The Chigong is a very worthy area of knowledge as it is focused upon the balancing of the uni ty of three forces of energy Yin, Yan g and Chi into equilibrium and balance. Online I strongly encourage Theosophists to Google video "Chi Gong" and view the living Chi Gong Masters to observe the displays of unique abilities they have arrivd to possesseven when they are of different tree branches of the acorns growth. To hear of a thing is one knowledge, to see the t hing is another more direct knowledge, and to do the tyhing is actualization.

A few wiews...
*** History and Development of the Wild Goose Qigong ***
The Wild Goose Qigong originated from the Kunlun School of Taoism In the Kun Lun Mountains of South-Western China. It was here during the Jin Dynasty around 265AD that a hermit named Si Dao An (the Peaceful Way) observed the movements of the many wild geese that haunt the area and began to incorporate these bending, stretching, twisting and fluttering techniques into a health-enhancing routine called the Dayan Gong (Wild Goose Qigong) (Wilde, 2006). "
.......
"In Taoist tradition it is said that "Starry Beings," immortals from another galaxy, or a higher plane of existence descended to the Kunlun Shan 6,000 years ago bringing with them the secrets of the universe. These beings lived among humans and taught the secrets of life. They reincarnated as buddhas, boddhisattvas, and immortals."
.......
"Yang Mei Jun (1895â 2002)
The teachings of the Wild Goose Qigong were handed down as secret doctrine. Traditionally, one could not teach the system until the age of 70, and then only to a single student (Tze, 2002). Yang Meijun was 27th generation lineage holder of the Kunlun System. She began her qigong training at the age of 13 when her 73 year old grandfather taught her. Although small in stature this remarkable woman worked for many years developing and preserving this unique system of Qigong.
In 1978, after the death of her husband she made the decision to publicly teach her many systems of qigong, as she wanted to pass its many benefits on to others and strengthen the Chinese population after the end of the Cultural Revolution (Robinson, 2002).
There are many remarkable stories about her life and abilities. Some examples include tales of her training nightly in secret with her grandfather at 3am, and even once being buried alive by Japanese soliders during their occupation of Manchuria. According to witnesses, at 101 years old she was able to leap several feet in the air and had been known to cure terminally ill people with Qi from her hands (Zhi, Dao Guan, 2006).
The Spread of Modern Wild Goose Qigong
In recent times the Wild Goose Qigong has flourished, and the first âpre-64â form has become one of the most popular styles. It is one of the eleven qigong methods that are officially Chinese government sanctioned, who thoroughly traced its linage, history and researched its benefits. Mme Yang MeiJun was given a place on the council of China Scientific Research Institution of Qi Gong, and made honorary professor of many universities. As such, Wild Goose Qigong is now taught in the government wushu schools in China, and is practiced all over the world (Zhang, 2000)."

H. P. Blavatsky wrote:
"To the present day Foh-tchou,* who lives in his Foh-Maeyu, or temple of Buddha, on the top of the "Kouin-long-sang," â the great mountain, produces his greatest religious miracles under a tree called in Chinese Sung-Ming-Shu, or the Tree of Knowledge and the Tree of Life, for ignorance is death, and knowledge alone gives immortality. This marvellous display takes place every three years, when an immense concourse of Chinese Buddhists assembles in pilgrimage at the holy place."
"â This mountain is situated south-west of China, almost between China and Tibet."
