I had a hot link in my favorites for the Way Back Machine Archive for the "tphta.ws/index.htm"
It has the listing I didn't check if it will pop the comleted books yet but the listing is there, here is the hot link:

Besides "Theosophical classics" in zip archive, there were djvu copies of "Damodar and pioneers of theosophical movement", Subba Row's collected writings, "Lonely disciple" (biorgaphy of Subba Row), Real world of fairies by Dora Kunz, several books on yoga by Krishnamacharya and many others.

It was in some subdirectory of it which I don't remember. The title page contained lots of mp3.
Unfortunately archive keeps only html files, while the books were mostly in djvu.
