Someone had uploaded it some time ago and it was on the net for a couple of
days before it was taken down due to copyright violation. I am sure many
theosophists have downloaded it before it was taken down and seems to be
making rounds.
I had contacted the publisher/custodian of the originals and told them that
cat is out of the bag and they should make a pdf file available for free.
They were supposed to discuss the matter in Jan 2011 and I have not heard
anything yet. Only info I saw was a comment in cyberspace that a new edition
may be available in 2011 at half the price. We will have to wait and see.
