Dear MKR and friends
About scanning and uploading...
Have anyone considered scanning and uploading all the numbers of "The Herald of the Star" from 1909-1929 to a mirror website? -
Some of the numbers seem quite rare. Many of the titles are mentioned online here...But now some of us have been waiting patiently for months...

I recall reading somewhere, there is a well known Buddhist doctrine that 'do
not invite death, even when it is imminent' because it appears that death
will come when invited. We may believe in it or not.
When Jiddu Krishnamurti was old and sick, he was told about it by a Buddhist
Scholar. I think the advise is not after all bad. Who knows when our time
is.
Personally speaking, such an attitude keeps one quite relaxed and
stress-free and at peace even when your life is hanging on a thread.
