My view is:
Servers - are sometimes - jumping a bit. They are not 100% stable. After a few second you will find that you are able to gain access again. Servers have faults - or shall we say: They do not always do as we want and desires them to do. Servers are also sometimes restarted. I do not know if they are members of the Theosophical order of Serv-ice. Smile.
