Can you expand on this idea Martin. If the moon is the holder of negative 
karmic energy and as humanity continues on its cycles there will always be a 
need for a bank of negative karmic energies. Also, I was under the impression 
that the Dhyan Chohans areÂresponsible for the supervision of all karmic 
distribution.
