Ok, sweet.
First let's talk about that etheric egg.
When anima emerged from it's watery home it was probably and initially enabled via a water vapour bubble. Over the years this 'transitionary' bubble became less and less an enabling requirement for land animals. So, while the bubble still exists, in its dormant or thowback fit and although as yet it remains unmeasured it is or its reaches are thorough, outside and inside, further, imo, while it is egg shaped that would be as an elongated formula moreso than form as in with trailing-off edges/ends - this is a fluid mechamism and so traditional geometric solids/forms will need to be tweeked/fluid for us to depict most accurately.
So, we have the two sides of the body of man with a porous vein like system running up its middle that extends passed his/her arms reach in any direction. This is why I often refer to mankind as being like air whales although as yet this layer he can not see.
In this system, with the skin being the largest organ of the body (which does more than protect our insides) there are particular places/points that are very much like blowholes or (for most) dams. Typically, today being that this system is laying dormant in most as you can imagine in quick time and probably via the muscus membranes these areas are easilly plugged and man remains in the dark.
Accupressure and accupuncture probably offer some help via physically opening tiny portions if/when they prick the right areas. That'd be my guess a/b such efforts are likely to only provide a mere and momentary trickle in the grand scheme of things.
Being an operating system that's laying dormant thus not being utilized, of course it malfunctions in that it has been and is being usurped and utilized by the smallest of life. That creates a heavy load and a lot of waste which as you can imagine eventually adds up and is actually not good for a man to storehouse. Imagine if you never took the dust off your computer, it may malfunction for a variety and seemingly random reasons, however, we all know it's important to keep our computers clean.
Currently and basically mankind is providing himself as like portable lakes for nano scales (habitat versus processing system) that in no time at all deplete him as their resource.
This is why mankind grows up then at middle age has his middle age spread, that's the point of ratio crux a/o saturation/'full', from there it is downhill for him if he doesn't start doing something about it (regulating/processing the quantities) because at that point and under the growing pressures and depletions of occupation the body, of course, will be shortly destroyed.
If he wants to be healthy and live a long life he's going to have to learn to breath.
