I am sure that this and other theosophical sites are being monitored by
everyone in the theosophy world. Theosophy Company should be no exception.
Hence I am sure they are reading what appears on this list and should be
aware of how many of us feel about the whole episode of continued
mishandling of the commentaries.
During the last 15 years since the discovery of the documents, one also
wonders if this was being circulated, even piecemeal, within an inner circle
for their own personal benefit.
The commentaries opens up another big big issue. HPB wrote incessantly and I
am sure many of the original manuscripts are still around in perhaps many
archives - perhaps not much cataloged. Today we have technology to scan them
(scanners are cheap) and make them available to theosophists and researchers
world-wide. It is time that the custodians world-wide, realize the immense
good that can come from such an effort.
Already we are seeing diminishing interest in theosophy and now is the
opportunity to do something to spur the interested of at least some ardent
theosophists who are willing to contribute their efforts. Let us not forget
that far reaching achievements are due to few individuals and hence let us
hope some good will come from publishing commentaries as it is going to
bring more attention to HPB and her works and her Society.
The bloggers about Blavatsky may be hiding using pseudonyms may be because
they dare not put their names and stand up to what they write. Blavatsky
herself put her name and stood by what she wrote and this was valiant and
showed her fearlessness. Those who want to talk about her may want to follow
her example!!!!
