The people at the top are always wary of their position, this comes with their
job. On top of a mountain one thinks one can oversee the armies, however down on
the ground is where real life happens...
Maybe some leaders should go and find a job instead of commanding armies that
don't take them serious.
Summer comes before the Fall, and in Autumn the leaves fall on the ground. Study
the leaves and share your stories on them in Winter, so that in Spring the TS
may jump forward with newly chosen leaders...
Dan Noga and Katinka Hesselink are 2 of my favorites...

Adyar Society
I am glad that the issue of misleading secrecy was pointed out in the
article.
About 10 years ago, when I requested 990 form from Wheaton, I was asked why
I need it. (My suspicion is that there was something in it that the leaders
did not like to be revealed outside the little circle.)
It took some years before IRS forced all tax exempt organizations to freely
provide them and now they are on the web.
There appears to be a built-in mentality in the leaders in doing things even
when secrecy is detrimental. When one is in that mode too long, it is very
difficult to think of real transparency.
Transparency and Internet go hand in hand, whether one likes it or not and
Internet is here to stay.
