Everytime something like this happens, it only diminishes the credibility of
the leaders. It makes one wonder why so much energy and time is spent in
these issues when membership in the Sections is on a free fall. Membership
issue is local and due to the full autonomy of Sections, its leaders have
prime responsibility and we do not see this issue talked. For example in the
USA, during Dora's time there were 8,000 members and now we have less than
4,000; not a pretty picture.
