Cass, read the link of Blavatsky Archives that Daniel gave, so you will find 
about the background of the finding of the book.

Thank you, Daniel, you have done a remarkable work for publishing these 
important explanations.

So the Theosophy Company/ULT didn't publish this. I read older messages from 
Theosophy Forum where Theosophy Company was rumoured as the publisher. This 
explains the delay. Is this Dutch Blavatsky Books officially linked with the TS 
Pasadena?
