Dear Chuck
Thank you for your continued interest.
You may be accurate with this rationale.
I have learned over time that often the rationale doesn't much matter.
Where there is a will, a way will occur, oftentimes in a seemingly unrelated manner.
It is perhaps the collective will for change that is important. The method will work its way out eventually.
