Theos-Talk Archives (August 2010 Message tt00005)

Everybody interested in these supposed tunnels always stops at Blavatsky as a very early source. So, that mythical map of hers resides, or so we read in the article, "in the Adyar, India, archives of the Theosophical Society."

Has anyone actually ever seen this map? Has the TS in Adyar released facsimilé copies of it, are there recent scholarly studies of it, or is that alleged map slowly mouldering away amidst heat, humidity and insects? Does it exist at all?

Has anyone actually ever visited these archives at Adyar? What is in there? Do catalogues exist of their holdings? Are they accessible?

Who can answer these questions?
