Thanks for the info.

If a very wide circulation of the book is to be achieved, then making a pdf
file of the book available for download is the way to go since many who may
be interested may not afford to buy the book at the current US price. I hope
the publishers and copyright holder would soon decide to make pdf version
available. Producing a pdf file is a piece of cakes since an electronic file
is normally input to the printing of the book. I hope we see a pdf file
available for download.
