I know.  There is no more certain a cure for belief in government than  
seeing it actually work.  When we first got cable back in 1981, I  discovered 
CSPAN and spent many happy hours laughing my head off at  the morons in 
Congress, the only people being dumber than they were being  the damned fools who 
voted for them in the first place.
