Sri Lanka PM chief guest at Buddhist flag ceremony

Here is an interesting news item from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). 125th anniversary
of the Buddhist Flag celebration is being organized by Colombo Buddhist
Theosophical Society and other organizations. The flag was designed by
Olcott.
It is such public functions that exposes theosophy and TS to the public and
no wonder, the membership keeps growing. May be some of the leaders in the
West can learn something from Sri Lankan TS. Growth and exposure of
theosophical doctrines depend on involvement with local population. Here is
