I did research in public records on the property owned by Orlando lodge
which is located at 1606 NY Ave, Orlando, Fl. The current estimated value s
$185,000. The lodge may also have some cash in the bank.

Unless we get additional factual information, it is clear that the lodge
assets may be the main reason behind the move to withdraw the charter.
Situation such as this provide an wonderful opportunity for lawyers to make
a killing. It looks like a good amount of theosophical money may end up in
the pockets of lawyers, if either or both parties decide to litigate.

We will have to wait and see what we learn about the real reasons behind the
decision to withdraw the charter.
