On the theme of the current crises in the Theosophical society allÂI can say is that having been President of a number of different Theosophical lodges over a long period of time and having established one of the rare Theosophical communities similar to the Point Loma experiment in which 50 or 60 people actually lived meditated and studied together for some 10 years. I have seen the workings of beauracy from the inside and out.
So much of my time was so often Âspent debating the most trivial and mundane stuff I keep sayingÂI will never volunteer for another position or post but somehow always do. Somehow my heart goes out to those few true Theosophists that can see the light at the end of the organizational tunnel and are eager with just the smallest guidance to go forward.
The only organization that can survive and maintain its innocents and yet true spiritual power is one headed by either an advanced group and or an enlightened person. Too often those who get in power have to claw their way to the top and once there rule with absolute control.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ The very nature of organizations is often incompatible with trueÂlight bearers and what their message is. They simply cannot deal with restrictions, regulations and controls. Contrary to popular belief true initiates are such revolutionaries they shakeup the status quo violently. Many of those who give lip service to how they would assist those who are truly illuminated if they met them paradoxically are often the very ones who drive them away because of their fear of sharing power or losing control.
One day an organization will arise on the physical plane that is truly organic and multi dimensional in nature and can always keep its focus inwardly on the esoteric side while serving exotically in the horizontal or outer world.
Whenever there is light and power arriving on the physical plane through some advanced soul there are many devious types who hover around the periphery of this revelation and begin to find ways to profit from this rare illumination and occurrence.
Time permitting I could fill volumes with the ridiculous antics in the Theosophical society that tries to pass as knowledge, truth and wisdom.
Although we should support these emerging spiritual organization because they may be the best we have in spite of all their flaws we should not make any mistakes about where guidance and help will eventually come. Each person to quote the Buddha in the final analyses must âgenerate their own lightâ and âfind their own Liberation.
Â
Blessing to this group
ÂDuane
