 I just finished reading the Dalai Lamas latest book. Its full ofd ideas then ts could use            up front right now.Tomorrow im at kdt at woodstock for a monastry special and  sunday         is study day. w,ve chosen a book called the four noble truths  to study for next few                weeks.Wehave exciting projects and a penny social in conjunction with fmio6 and                 lions  next week. for a funds for a food kitchen who need help in kingston.we sent 2  hundred     dollars to the campaIgn for tibet and  this week we send funds to the tos.
