The Mahayana Uttaratantra Shastra by Maitreya, commentary by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye , and explanations by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche. Snow Lion Publications, Ithaca , NY - ISBN 1-55939-128-6
and one translation in french :
