New Secretary from theosophical family

In the August issue of The Theosophist it is announced that the new International Secretary is Mrs Kusum Satapathy. She was appointed from 24 July in the place of Dr C.V. Agarwal who passed away. She is a third generation Theosophist. Her father is S.S. Varma, theosophical writer and former head of the Adyar Archives and former Deputy to the President. Mrs Satapathy has visited and stayed at Adyar many times.
