Cass, Chuck, This topic has been online since 1999 at least I was reading  
pages on it all back then. They also can smanage to take a "Sample" of  
targeted peoples Brain wave pattern and then calibrate a custom tailored beam  
signal to just that person and can make it audience inside or outside the 
head  of the person. They will hear messages inside their head or coming from a 
 sweet lovable tree they are near, or even seem to be cows giving messages 
from  places higher than Wisconsin lol! There are several mediums they can 
use to  send from point A to point B-the recipient. Acoustic technology and 
Microwave,  laser and Psychrotronics have made progress in the last century.
