I learnt recently that Sampsa, a member in Finland has informed the members
in Finland in the Finnish ning website about the passing of Dr. Agarwal. He
has also put a link TOS link regarding Dr. Agarwal which is very
interesting. I am providing it below. I hope other sections also take steps
to let their members know of his death in a timely manner.
