Hmmm, I seem to recall that it was upon the manisfestation of the Cosmic Buddhic Principle whereupon the first attribute of differentiation becomes a possibility in the process of remanifestation of Creation, and this Cosmic Buddhic Principleis Original Source that has Original capacity of distinction of good and evil and all other variables that ultimately is the solitary means that makes possible Karma which itself must first have "Habitation" wherein "Action" is a possibility in order that there be a "result" that may generate Karma in any of it's manifold Dynamic of scale Micro to Macro. Parabrahm is intrinsic without qualities or action and the Nature of Parabrahm is beyond beyond where Karma has not existance or possibility of existance.

Once Parabrahman (cause) manifested into objectification (effect) karma was born.
