Dear Mr.  Anand, I think Mr Rozman already explained how and why. I just added that Mr. Rozman's overview of events,  and his conclusions were not blindly in favor of any party involved! That made it in my opnion a good overview. It was also not blindly supportive of what Mr. Oliveira undertook, or his accusations. That also could have been a reason for not asking him to attend. Right or wrong, that overview deserves much more attention and discussion.
